I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a beautiful view of Birmingham center. The room had all the basic amenities and offered great views over Birmingham; however, it lacked a fridge for breakfast. The service provided by Birmingham's wonderful staff was excellent, though having room cleaning service would have been a nice addition. The location was perfect, in the center of Birmingham close to everywhere you'd want to go. The dining experience, featuring homegrown organic fruits, was a delightful touch. Overall, a good value for money with some room for improvement in certain areas.
